Alpine-X welcomes established development partners for locations close to major metropolitan areas across North America. Not every development is the same, and our arrangement with various development partners is tailored to the specific factors and circumstances of each development opportunity.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Parties/Partners with proven development history that have:
  • An interest in bringing an indoor snowsports resort to a major metropolitan area
  • Experience, resources and connections to provide an on-the-ground presence for local development including working with local and state government agencies
  • Ability to attract landowners to participate in the development of indoor snowsports resorts (generally looking for 40+ acres of land)
  • Access to significant, high-profile networks for raising real estate capital for location-specific projects
